How is beauty in the eye of the beholder?

I understand everyone has a preference. How come certain types of girls and boys are desired? I've known girls who literally everywhere they go even in sweats at least 3 or more guys will hit on. It makes me wonder how beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I agree not everyone will find that girl attractive but it seems like they are certain girls generally most guys will find attractive. What is it about them that makes more desired by the opposite sex?How is beauty in the eye of the beholder?

culture decides who's beautiful, that's why many guys you know find that girl attractive, but remember it's not all guys who find her attractive, only a small sample
