I definitely agree with that. It seems that if you're close to someone, just seeing them reminds you of them, and not just how they look... so even if they're not that attractive, you're reminded of their personality when you see them.Beauty is in the eye of the beholder?
The way I see it:
You don't see with your eyes, you look with you eyes. You see with your mind, and with your mind you see others' minds, and with that you can decipher their true beauty.
