How would u explain beauty without saying ';beauty is in the eye of the beholder';?

is beauty behind comprehension?How would u explain beauty without saying ';beauty is in the eye of the beholder';?
beauty is not behind but BEYOND comprehensionHow would u explain beauty without saying ';beauty is in the eye of the beholder';?
i would say that a person's idea of beauty would be a combination of aesthetic preferences and personal value of the object or person.
beauty is what someone possesses that is beautiful....
Beauty is simply symmetry.
We all have our own individual criteria as to what beauty means to each of us.
Well every one has there own idea of what beauty is. Some people like dark hair or dark skin but others might not agee with that.
what the eye looks to see and makes the heart melt.
Looks like the 'mean' of the species.
Beauty is where you find it. Will that do?
I think personal point of view is behind beauty..not just physical beauty either. One minute a thought can be beautiful and the next it irritates. The frame of mind of the person who declares something beautiful cannot be grasped by anyone else. Others may agree or disagree with something being beautiful but they are understanding it from their point of view.
A Classical definition would be that beauty is a perfection of form.
the quality or aggregate of qualities in a person or thing that gives pleasure to the senses or pleasurably exalts the mind or spirit
It depends how you think of beauty. If you are looking for some objective standard you will only find superficial beauty which will ultimately be full of contradictions and opinions. If you think of beauty as the feeling you have upon seeing a person that often depends on many things beyond their physical appearance. Its hard to see the beauty in someone after they have done somthing horrible to you. But when you look on someone you love, for whatever reasons, there is a certain sensation or feeling that you have immediately which results from the way you see them. But basically beauty is subjective, its just a word and like most things of the world defies definition and should just be appreciated. Unfortunately the answer truly is, it is in the eye of the beholder.
beauty is ever changing and often defined by individual cultures

and it provokes a particular response in the individual in that they desire to be in its company
';Beauty is that which the Soul recognizes, even when the mind and body deny it.';
