How many times have you read that and it's actually reassured you? If beauty is really in the eye of the beholder then why am I alone? That quote is meaningless, and it's all anyone ever says when reassuring the unattractive.Beauty is in the eye of the beholder?

That quote is actually true. I've been called ugly by some and then pretty by other people, so it obviously depends on the person. Everyone has different tastes. It's just like food - you might think cheese is disgusting, but I'll tell you it tastes awesome.





Have some more confidence, I'm sure there's nothing wrong with the way you look. There are more important things to worry about, anyway.

Who won't come up and talk to you because they are intimidated -- who believe that you HAVE to already have a bf -- who are afraid you would turn them down for a date -- who are shy - who are backward and semi-retarded when it comes to women... if you had a crystal ball and knew how many of 'these' guys there are you wouldn't believe it -- be patient -- almost all young women go through what you are going through -- and finally, when one reassures the unattractive they always say 'you have such a nice personality, you are so kindhearted....etc. etc. ' -- like guys care about personalities...there was a news report about a guy somewhere out in Iowa or North Dakota who was really interested in a womans personality but 90,000 Journalists were never able to verify it. somewhere out there 'he' is looking for you - I promise -- but be selective -- 8%26gt;}
i know exactly what you mean. it is somewhat true, but most beholders tend to have the same opinions :(
