If Beauty is in the eye of the Beholder, and Art is Beauty, is there ever any Ugly Art?

I think it depends on the definition of art. Not all art is beauty. In good art, there is a balance between beautiful and ugly. If all art was completely pretty, we would live in hotel-art-world. The beauty in art comes from the fact that ugliness exists as much as the prettiness does.If Beauty is in the eye of the Beholder, and Art is Beauty, is there ever any Ugly Art?
there is no ugly art, because if the beholder sees it as that, and beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and art is beauty, he must be ugly inside.

';the artist is the creator of beautiful things.

to reveal art and conceal the artist is art's aim.

the critic is he who can translate into another manner or a new material his impression of beautiful things.

the highest as the lowest form of criticism is a mode of autobiography.

those who find ugly meanings in beautiful things are corrupt without being charming. this is a fault.

those who find beautiful meanings in beautiful things are the cultivated. for these there is hope.

they are the elect to whom beautiful things mean only beauty.';If Beauty is in the eye of the Beholder, and Art is Beauty, is there ever any Ugly Art?
The Howard Stern Show, The Jerry Springer Show, sado-masochistic art...

IMHO these are some of the ugly artforms we could do without.
its just all unique, youve got to put ur self in the persons shoes and reconized how they felt when they were making or whatever the art
