i always hear people say this but i have no idea what it mean, please tell me.Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, what does this means?

it means..that beauty is precieved diffrerently from person to person. for e.g what seems ugly to you, maybe be beautiful to another. its matter of personal taste. sometimes when you tell someone you find a particular person attractive and they disagre with you..thats an example to/ only you can see the beauty in it.

Each person has their own opinion about what or who is beautiful.
everyone has their own definition of beauty, and no one's view of beauty is right or wrong. basically, you can't tell someone their wrong when they think something is pleasant, or beautiful, because everyone has their own opinion.
