Each person sees beauty in different ways and therefore beauty is a subjective thing. A person may have a great fondness for an old, raher ugly object which has great memories for them. For that person the object would have a certain beauty, that perhaps only they would appreciate.
The phrase 'Beauty is in the eye of the beholder' is dealing with
perception. It states that one subject can find something to be beautiful ( the beholder), and that another subject may not.
It means beauty is subjective. What you (the ';beholder';) finds beautiful, I (as a different ';beholder';) might not.

I think that beauty is something that has significance to another person. For example, a very old but kind woman with lots of children who she loves is more beautiful than a supermodel with no regard for other people. Conventional beauty isn't real beauty, it's just a fake image of what people say that people should look like, when in fact no one looks like that.
When we say beauty is in the eye of the beholder, we are talking about metaphysical values. Generally, our species appreciates that beautiful sunset, a great play or movie, a job well done, heros, birth, and the ';eternal'; over the ';transient'; because of metaphysical value judgments we make.

It's mostly in the eye of the beholder...but there are some strandards of beauty that seem to be universal...like symmetry in features (in either objects or people). Still, I think we all have certain things that attract us, and they may not be the same for others. For instance, I find a slight overbite to be attractive! I'm not sure why, but it's always appealed to me. I can only guess that I knew someone at one time (when I was very young) that had an overbite and was very kind or appealing in some way, and that has caused this attraction.
How do you know the ocean or a mountain or a person is beautiful, unless you percieve it to be? I have seen an ocean I do not find attractive to swim in, yet others see it as beautiful simply b/c God created it. Our level of attraction varies. I think those people who say both, are Really saying

However no matter what you look like there would be some people in the world who thought differently than the majority.

Hell yeah, different people find different things beautiful and there's no right or wrong. As a really simple example, my best friend is allergic to cats and doesn't like them but I can't understand how she can't look at them and think how beautiful they are.
Also, people say my boyfriend is a bit skinny but I really like his physique and wouldn't want him a pound heavier.

My idea has little to do with the outside appearance. It's their heart and soul that truly matters to me. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K %26amp; Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.
